Our Studios
All of our rehearsal studios come with a PA desk, 3 microphones and a drum kit (minus snare & cymbals - these are available for hire if required). They are fully heated with chairs for your comfort.
Equipment details:
- Guitar amps: Combos from Fender, Orange, Line 6, Trace Elliot & Marshall
- Bass amps: Trace Elliot
- Drums: Mapex Mars
Most drummers bring along their own snares and cymbals but we have them and lots of other equipment that you can hire from us so just ask at the time of booking.

Modus Room
The Modus room is our largest rehearsal studio and can fit upwards of a 5 piece band.
This room also has an original Hammond organ (fully reconditioned and maintained 1968 C3 with 1965 145 Leslie cabinet - as used on many records) that can be hired. Please ask at the time of booking.

Room 1
Room 1 is our smallest studio. This is great for 3 piece bands, solo artists, drum tutors and DJ's.
It also provides a great space for setting up new equipment and testing it before gigging or touring.
Floor size: Approximately 14' X 12'.
