Cancellations

  • In order to cancel a booking you will need to contact the studio using the contact details provided at the foot of this page.
  • Depending on the type of booking, amount paid in advance and the cancellation notice period given, you may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If less than 48 hour's notice is given then all payments made in advance will be non-refundable and where payment is outstanding, then you will still be liable for the amount outstanding when you next visit the studio.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be given where only a deposit has been taken in advance.
  • Where full payment has been taken in advance then a refund will be given if 48 hour's notice has been given.
  • If the notice period is less than 48 hours then no refund will be given.
  • The type of refund given is at the studios discretion and may take the form of online vouchers, card refund or cash.
  • All payments made with a pre-paid voucher are non refundable.
  • All purchases of pre paid vouchers are non refundable.
